We take the security of your game credentials seriously:

• All game account credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database
• Only the booster assigned to your specific order can access your credentials, and only during the active service period
• Credentials are purged from our systems after the order is completed and approved
• We recommend changing your game account password after service completion as an additional security measure

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the platform we share data with trusted service providers acting as data processors on our behalf, in the following categories:

All processors operate under data processing agreements that require security and confidentiality consistent with this policy. Some are based in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the EEA — see Section 5 below for the safeguards we apply to international transfers. Boosters assigned to your order receive only the data necessary to complete it: game credentials for account-access services, or your in-game identifier for duo services.

We may also share data with law enforcement when required by valid legal process, and with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — subject to the same protections described in this policy.

Boost Realm is operated from the United States. If you access our services from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other country outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and most of our service providers are located.

Where required, transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards implemented by our service providers.
